REVISION POLICY
Each portrait is entitled to one revision.
In the case of needing a second revision, it must be previously evaluated and approved exceptionally, under agreement, and the cost incurred for its execution must be paid (to be determined based on the portrait).
RETURN POLICY
The purchased product cannot be returned as it has been handcrafted and personalized for each customer.
Low-quality items:
If the product has any noticeable defects, please contact us. For a quicker resolution, please reach out to us at helloartandpaw@gmail.com, including a photograph that demonstrates the poor quality or damaged area of the item. We will send replacements or resend it as soon as the situation is confirmed. We will use this information to assist you with your order and eliminate errors in the future.
RETURNS
As it is a handmade and personalized product, we do not accept returns if the order is received within the aforementioned time limit.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order that has not yet been created, kindly contact us through our email helloartandpaw@gmail.com. For a quicker resolution, please include your order number. Thank you!
Orders for which the shipping has already been processed cannot be cancelled.
WARRANTY
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover any modifications made after the transaction.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
While we are not obligated to do so, we will carefully consider each customer's situation.
